Pet Policy
We are a pet friendly community. We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment home, with no weight limit. Certain breed restrictions do apply (Pit Bull "staffordshire terrier", doberman, Rottweiller, Akita, Chow etc); There is a pet fee of $300-$500 depending on the weight. It is $25 each month, for pet rent, per pet. There is no pet deposit.
